The staff was amazing, especially Faisal, who went out of his way to help us with travel arrangements and a personal guide to visit the Petra Park. Rooms are very modern and comfortable, and the Petra Park is right down the street

Very close to Petra gate, plenty of restaurants, shops and turkish baths around it. Rooms are clean and modern, breakfast is very good. They arrange cooking lessons and look they have a lot of fun during them

This was one of the nicer hotels we stayed out on our week and half road trip through Jordan. Its well located and the room itself is extremely nice. Hotel staff were nice ad check in was quick. We'd stay here again next time in Petra

This hotel was very clean and quaint while staying in Petra. It’s walking distance to the main entrance and many cute shops nearby! They give you a fruit basket and chocolates upon arrival which makes you feel special! I would stay here again!

Petra Boutique Hotel was an incredible stay. All staff tried hard to accommodate for us including our dietary requests. The facilities in the hotel room were modern: everything was based on sensors in including bedroom lights. This provided a futuristic feeling.
There is a great view of the desert boulders and rocky mountains from the roof top restaurant. It's only a 2 minute walk to Petra entrance.
I would love to come back to stay with them

This is a great hotel. It's new and well furnished. The lighting controls, etc are all modern and digital. The power sockets are also embedded with international adaptor slots so you don't have to bring your own adaptor.
The hotel is also a very short walk of less than 5 minutes to the Petra Visitor Centre. Other than Movenpick hotel which definitely cost more, doubt there is a hotel nearer to Petra.
After almost 2 weeks in Egypt and Jordan, this hotel is no doubt my favourite. If I had to nitpick, the shortcomings of the hotel are that free wifi is only available at the lobby and restaurant - It's not available in the room. The breakfast buffet spread also isn't exactly wide. However, these are small matters which I can overlook given that the other aspects are great. To solve the wifi issue, just make sure you get sufficient data SIM card for your mobile phone

As stated above, the staff are friendly, couldn’t do enough for us. Both at breakfast and at dinner, the restaurant was kept open for us as we were the only diners (this was late January when we visited).
The hotel itself is less than a five minute walk to the entrance of the main Petra attraction (come on, why else would you visit Petra if not to follow in that great archeologist Dr Henry Walton (Indiana) Jones Jr footsteps?
The hotel is clean, looks like it’s recently been upgraded with modern gadgets for the lights and service. Thoroughly would recommend a stay here.
PS - The food is wonderful, compliments to the chef

We stayed at the Petra boutique hotel in December. Hotel is new and clean. The rooms are not huge, but adequate and nicely designed. The staff was helpful and very friendly.
The restaurant has beautiful views and the food was good. On our last day we did not have time for breakfast and the chef kindly put some food in to-go containers for us.
7-minute walk from Petra site.
On the first night we heard some dogs outside, but otherwise had no issue with noise, even though our rooms's widows were on the Main Street.
One thing though: contrary to what is indicated, there is no self-service laundry

I stayed there with group of friends, it's very nicely located, near the gate, and nice place of breakfast on the top level with nice view over Petra. The room also modern, with two showers place and good amenities. very recommended

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights during my Petra tour. Being 16+ years in hospitality industry i must say i was super impressed by all they had to offer as i wasn’t expecting anything than average.
Location, staff, room, cleanliness, whatever we could’ve asked for they had right answer and most importantly, super delicious food on the 5th floor. (Green apple shisha too)
Definitely going back next year

A new hotel, located 5-10 minutes’ walk from Petra visitors’ center and with restaurants next door which is very convenient.
The facilities are very modern. The room equipement has a “touch” technology. A restaurant on the roof offers breakfast. You can take local cooking lessons in the evening.
Nice personnel. Clean place
